National Simultaneous Storytime at Reginald Murphy
About this event
Every year, libraries, schools, childcare centres, family homes and many other places across the country read the same picture book at the same time and day. This year, we'll read Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller – written by Adam Jackson and Adrian Lloyd, and illustrated by Jake Minton. The session will be followed by a fun craft activity. National Simultaneous Storytime is an initiative by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA). The story time session will be presented by library staff. Join us here at Reginald Murphy Community Centre or one of the following locations and be a part of the national effort: Surry Hills Library Darling Square Library Newtown Library Customs House Library This activity is suitable for persons aged 2-5 years and their carer.
