Mini Makers: Animal Tracking (ages 5-9)
About this event
Discover how animals can be traced and identified through the tracks and signs they leave behind.
In this session, children will explore different types of movement, including hopping, two footed and four footed gaits, and learn how footprints help us recognise animals in the wild. Activities may include matching animal tracks, exploring movement patterns and creating animal inspired prints.
All materials are provided.
Please book tickets for participating children only. Parents and carers are free to attend and must remain in the session to supervise and assist as needed.
