National Simultaneous Storytime 2026

Join us at Holdfast Bay Community Centre for a morning of soccer and reading. We will have lots of fun with some soccer-themed activities to help us get warmed up! When the clock strikes 11:30am, we will read our book at the same time as kids all around Australia. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate in the fun and games. We will have a small break for snacks before reading the book together. Please bring a snack and water bottle for your child and we will provide some tiny teddies and juice boxes. Appropriate footwear is required. Please note that soccer or football boots with studs should not be worn as the event is inside the main hall of the HBCC.
