Start School Strong is offering this information session for mums, dads, carers and grandparents with children up to the age of 6 years.

Kerry Lee, Transition Support Teacher (Early Intervention) with Department of Education, will present:

• Understanding what your child needs to know (skills to be ready) to start school

• How do you know if your child is ready

• What can parents do at home to help their child get ready for school?

• What items a child needs to start school

A Dari translator has been arranged for you. Arabic and Vietnamese translators can also be organised for future sessions, as the session will be repeated.
