Rooted in the belief that movement is for everyone, this class offers a supportive space to nurture both wellbeing and connection.

Through gentle, guided movement and dance, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with your body, share special moments with your baby, and build connections with others in your community. Whether you’re dancing with your baby or simply showing up, it is a meaningful act of self-care, joy, and connection.

We welcome all parenthood journeys and celebrate all bodies, regardless of pregnancy stage, birth experience, background, or ability.
