Make your own Pollinator Garden

About this event

Interested in creating a pollinator-friendly garden but not sure where to begin? In this workshop you will discover the fascinating role pollinators play in our gardens and local ecosystems. You will learn what pollinator gardens are, why they matter, and how to choose the right plants to attract and sustain pollinators. But we are not just talking about honeybees. Native bees, butterflies, moths, birds and bats are all part of the pollination cycle.

You will be propagating, potting up and going home with two wonderful pollinator attracting plants to help get you started.

Our pollinators are under threat - but you can make a difference! Come and learn how.
