Please Note - To ensure wider community participation, each child may attend one class only. If you have multiple children, please book one session day and time for each child.

Class Name - Gymnastics (Ages 4 to 12) - Children must meet the minimum age requirements at the time of the class to participate.

Class Description - Gymnastics is a sport that involves a variety of physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, artistry, and endurance. It includes systematic exercises often performed on apparatus such as rings, bars, and mats.
