Join us for our first STEAM Club sessions at the Dordaak Kepup Library and Youth Innovation Hub for Roald Dahl's Laboratory: a series of STEAM related workshops based around the stories of Roald Dahl. Each week we'll be looking at a different story and the STEAM concepts in them.
WEEK 1, 6 May: George's Slime - playing with chemistry and physics
WEEK 2, 13 May: BFG's Frobscottle - the science of brewing and carbonation
WEEK 3, 20 May: Building the Peach - engineering megastructures and keeping them up
WEEK 4, 27 May: Trunchbull's Mug Cake - cooking chemistry and eating it too
WEEK 5, 3 June: Vicar's Periscopes - technology and physics in walking backwards
