Bath salts and body creams

Use natural ingredients including organic allergy friendly soap powder, essential oils, dried herbs and flowers to create your own bath and beauty products to use at home or give as gifts. You will explore the properties and scent of the ingredients.

You will create your individual blend to make soap bars, foot soaks and bath salts to take away with you at the end of the day.

We will also be discussing the role of nature and how it can be used to support calm and relaxation but also be invigorating and energising. We will look at the art centre's community garden and discuss how to grow your own herbs at home in your garden or on a windowsill.
