Child and Family Interagency Changing Futures Through Early Intervention
About this event
Join us as Bronwyn and Kate from Empowered Minds Training & Consultancy deliver this evidence-informed meaningful session that will empower professionals and educators with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people. Discover the powerful role professionals play in identifying, supporting, and advocating for children who may benefit from early intervention. This engaging 1-hour presentation explores the importance of early intervention, the lifelong impact it can have on children and families, and how every interaction can become a gateway to meaningful support and services.
Drawing on real-world experience and insights from the presenters’ recently published book, Empower Every Child: Promoting Inclusion of Neurodiversity and Disabilities, we will delve into some of the more commonly encountered neurodiverse conditions and disabilities seen in children today. Participants will gain practical knowledge, reflective insights, and strategies to better recognise and respond to diverse needs in inclusive and supportive ways.
Light refreshments will be provided. Contact Carly Kelly for any questions, ckelly@lakemac.nsw.gov.au
