Co-op housing walking tour

Housing co-operatives are communities where residents collectively manage and govern their housing. Members work together to make decisions about their homes and community, offering an alternative to private rental and home ownership models.

Ningana in Annandale and STUCCO in Newtown have kindly opened their doors to Sydney Cohousing. We’ll get a first-hand look at how residents live, make decisions together, and build shared community outside the private rental and ownership market.

Tour schedule: • (10:30am: meet at Stanmore Train Station to walk to Ningana) • 11:00am: meet at 21 Collins Street, Annandale, and tour Ningana • 12:30pm: lunch at Brewtown in Newtown • 2:00pm: meet at 189 Wilson st Newtown and tour STUCCO
