Community Pop-Ups

Council is committed to engaging with the community and stakeholders on decisions that impact them. To meet the community where they are and ensure a diversity of voices are heard, we have introduced regular Community Pop-Ups. These events provide a casual setting for community to connect with Council staff and provide input on plans, policies, and strategies that are open for consultation or on public exhibition.

These events are typically scheduled for the week following an Ordinary Council meeting, which occurs on the third Tuesday of the month. This schedule will be complemented by online engagement opportunities and targeted stakeholder engagement activities, such as workshops, focus groups and meetings with committees and community groups.
