This workshop will once again be led by Ajoy, head chef and owner of the award-winning Indian restaurant Nilgiris. Ajoy made the "switch" to induction stoves long ago, citing their efficiency, responsiveness and ease of cleaning as just some of the benefits he enjoys.

Using portable induction cooktops, now available to borrow from Council, Ajoy will demonstrate how to prepare flavour-packed dishes while sharing practical tips for cooking with induction at home.

Come along to learn how induction cooking works, discover the benefits of transitioning from gas to electric cooking, and enjoy some delicious tastings along the way.
