Why It MattersChildren experience big emotions just like adults, and learning how to pause, breathe, and calm their minds is an important life skill. Sensory and fidget toys offer a simple, visual way for children to slow down, focus their attention, and regulate their emotions.
This workshop helps children build emotional awareness, resilience, and self‑soothing skills they can use at home, school, or anywhere they need a moment of calm.
This school holiday program is facilitated by the incredible staff from the iKiDs program at Relationships Australia SA
