A safe and welcoming space where women can engage in open discussion while participating in creative workshops focused on healing, resilience and fostering awareness through art-based activities.
Running for 4 weeks in June 1, 15, 22 and 29 Mondays, 1-3pm located in St Ives, there is public transport and parking available. The location will be provided when applicants enrol in the classes.
This is aimed towards 18+ women within the Ku-ring-gai area that have moved past the crisis stage, however we welcome women at all stages of their journey.
