Cultural Encounters – Celebrating Multicultural Performative Arts

Cultural Encounters is a new quarterly City of Ryde initiative designed to celebrate the arts, creativity and cultural expression of our diverse community.

This Harmony Week event marks the official launch of the series in 2026. Through live performances and artistic expression, residents of all ages are invited to experience, appreciate and connect with the diverse cultures that make up our community.

The evening will feature a curated program of performances highlighting the arts of East and Southeast Asia, showcasing the richness of Ryde’s multicultural identity through music, dance and creative expression.
