Eco Adventures for Tweens
About this event
These school holidays, are you looking for ways to engage your kids in sustainability whilst learning some handy skills to live green? After taking part in this workshop, you’ll learn that producing your own food garden is easy, how composting works and even make some seed bombs! Let’s have a wonder through our incredible urban food garden at the Inner West Sustainability Hub! Then we’ll learn how to propagate our own food and even make our own simple take-home compost (it doesn’t stink!) This workshop is ideal for individuals and households looking to make green living fun in their household. Attendance is free for each child and accompanying guardian. Maximum of 2 children per parent/guardian. All children and minors are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Snacks will be provided. Venue: 7 Prospect Rd
