Introduction to bushwalking for Kids - Tidbinbilla School Holiday Program

BOOKINGS ARE ONLY REQUIRED FOR CHILDRENWalk along a 3.1 km formed bush track which is mostly flat with some gentle hills to challenge us. The track includes some rocky sections, offering opportunities to develop awareness of varying terrain while enjoying the natural environment.

Throughout the walk, we will learn and practice safe and comfortable bushwalking techniques. Participants will take turns in leadership roles, carrying the map, setting the pace, and assisting with group navigation to build confidence, responsibility, and teamwork skills.

This activity is NOT suitable for strollers or prams.

Suitable for children aged 6 to 11 years.
