Junior STEAM Club (5 to 8 year olds)

21st May: Special Art Prize Edition

In this creative workshop, budding artists will put together a paper mosaic portrait. With guidance from two of the library's creative staff, youngsters will practice their self-confidence as spontaneous and intuitive creatives on their own journey of identity, place and self-expression. Resulting works can manifest as self portraits to abstract expressions.

Junior STEAM Club is a monthly activity space for 5-to-8-year-olds. We will support your child through explorative and creative play in a wide range of STEAM-based activities such as, coding, robotics, and creative arts. All materials will be provided – just bring along your sense of curiosity and fun!

If your child falls in the 9-to-12-year-old age range, please book them in for our monthly Kids STEAM Club instead where we provide more advanced activities for older kids.
