Laundry Day
About this event
Slow down with FCMG as we take a breath, inhaling the scent of fresh laundry, plucked from the drier, or the line while still warm from the heat of the fading sun. Join us for a day of art, markets, poetry readings, workshops and more.
Program Market Stalls (12:00pm - 3:00pm) Pizza with the Artist with James Nguyen (12:00pm-1:30pm) Join us for an artist led printmaking workshop, followed by an artist talk and pizza lunch with James where he will share key inspirations behind his exhibition SONGG SỐNG SONG.
Peg Doll Portraits with FCMG (12:00pm - 3:00pm) Take a seat in this drop in workshop for kids of all ages, creating peg dolls inspired by your favourite people. Reimagine your closest friends, family members, movie characters and artists as delightful miniature dolls!
