Learn how to grow an Australian native orchid

About this event

In nature these beauties grow amongst rocks or on cliff faces but they can be grown in pots.

The natural colour variation of this species ranges from purplish blue, red, pink to white. Man made hybrids are available in a wide variety of colours & patterns. Find their happy place and these orchids will reward you & visiting bees with exquisite, fragrant blooms from late winter to early spring.

Join us to learn how to grow these orchids and watch a practical demonstration of how to re-pot a plant. If orchids spark your interest, Ku-ring-gai Orchid Society runs a monthly meeting with practical sessions & guest speakers. Visitors are always most welcome. We will have a lucky door prize and a few sales after the tutorial.

Numbers are limited, please reserve your place confirming names of attendees by emailing kuringgaiorchidsociety@gmail.com.
