Light Inside Me (a program for children 6-12 years)

The Brahma Kumaris warmly invites you to join this special program designed to help children and parents relax, connect, and grow together. Children aged 6–12 years will enjoy a fun-filled session with art & creative expression, fun games and challenges, teamwork activities, storytelling & reflection time, positive thinking activities, friendship, laughter, and confidence-building. While the children are having fun, parents are warmly invited to join a peaceful Sat@9 meditation and wellbeing session.
