Join us for a relaxed and welcoming morning focused on healthy ageing for men aged 55+. Drop in, connect with local services, and hear from guest speakers. Pick up practical tips on staying active, independent, and well, with talks from Prof Anne Tiedemann, David Smith, and Helen Hislop. Stay for the full session or simply pop in.

Healthy Habits, Healthy Brain: What Really Works

Sydney Local Health Promotion Officers will also be on site, hosting a stall with practical information and resources — including falls prevention, healthy eating and active living, men’s health checks, and other relevant programs to support your wellbeing.

Representatives from the University of Sydney’s Brain and Mind Centre will also be on site, sharing information about current research opportunities relevant to men’s health and healthy ageing
