Midweek creative break: Watercolour and slow art workshop

About this event

Midweek Creative Break is a relaxed lunchtime watercolour workshop designed to encourage people to slow down, reconnect with creativity, and find calm through art-making. Created especially for busy adults, including people working from home who are looking for a local meaningful break during the day, the workshops offer a gentle pause from screens, emails, and daily pressures through hands-on creativity.

Participants will explore colour theory, basic watercolour techniques and some small creations. The workshop focuses on mindfulness, observations and creative well being rather than technical perfection, creating an accessible space for people of all skill levels to recharge, reset and enjoy a restorative creative experience midweek.

All materials are provided and participants leave with a small artwork and skills they can continue exploring, as well as feeling refreshed!
