Nature Detectives - workshops for families

About this event

Join City of Swan, Shire of Mundaring and Millenium Kids for a fun and educational series of three hands-on workshops where children will explore a Shire of Mundaring reserve and discover the animals that call it home.

Event 1, Wednesday15th of April (school holidays) - building bandicoot bungalows

Event 2, Sunday 17th of May- looking closely at ecosystems

Event 3 , Sunday 14th June - planting for quenda

Through activities like exploring nature, identifying plants and wildlife, building animal shelters, planting, and monitoring the environment, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how plants and animals work together to support a healthy ecosystem.

Attend one, two, or all three sessions!

Please purchase tickets for each participating child in each session. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the duration of the session. Accompanying adults do not need to purchase a ticket.
