clothing - we will be using acrylics. aprons are provided but please don't wear good clothing just in case ! Bring a drink bottle and lunchbox . Parents you may wish to order childs lunch at pixie play cafe menu .

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket, parents and guardians acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Participation is at the parent/guardian’s own risk.

• The Pixie Play indoor playground is designed for younger children and is not suitable for the age group attending this workshop.

• Parents and guardians acknowledge that workshop participants are attending the art program only and that playground access is not included with workshop registration.

• Children must be signed in by a parent or guardian upon arrival and signed out at collection.

• Parents/guardians must provide an emergency contact number at registration.

• Acrylic paints and art materials will be used during the workshop. Aprons are provided; however Terese Hudson Art and Pixie Play Café are not responsible for damage to clothing, footwear or personal belongings.

• Children are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, equipment and other participants.

• Parents/guardians acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional purposes. Please advise prior to the workshop if you do not wish your child to appear in photographs.

• Pixie Play Café and Terese Hudson Art accept no responsibility for loss, damage, injury or illness sustained while attending the workshop, except where required by law.

• The venue contains stairs and other public access areas. Parents and guardians acknowledge these risks when attending.

• Entry into Pixie Play Café play areas is subject to Pixie Play Café policies and conditions.

• Shoes must be removed and socks must be worn within designated play areas. Socks are available for purchase from Pixie Play Café if required.

• Workshop tickets are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by the organiser.
