Pottery for teens - Hand building and wheel throwing

About this event

This course is for high school students who would like to learn about ceramics. HSC students that are developing major ceramic works are encouraged to attend. The course will cover hand building and wheel throwing. Students will develop an understanding of the variety of ceramic art processes such as centring, throwing, trimming and glazing. Students can create vessels and sculptural works.

Clay can be purchased in class. (Payment for clay with credit card only).

A standard teen enrolment for one full 9-week term is $270.

Please note public holidays of 27 April and 8 June where classes will not be running.
