Join us for a special Puppy Yoga session just for young people aged 12–18 at St Ives Youth Hub. This unique experience combines gentle yoga and mindfulness with the joy of spending time with playful, adorable puppies — the perfect way to relax, recharge and de-stress after school.
What to expect
🧘♀️ Beginner-Friendly Puppy Yoga Session - enjoy a relaxing guided yoga and mindfulness session suitable for all experience levels.
🐶 Puppy Playtime – stretch, unwind and enjoy cuddles, pats and playtime with adorable puppies throughout the session.
No yoga experience needed - just bring yourself and enjoy a fun, calming and puppy-filled afternoon.
