🌿 Morning School Holiday Mindfulness Program 🌿
Give your child the opportunity to slow down, recharge, and build valuable mindfulness skills these school holidays.
They've done the sports clinics, creative workshops, and academic programs, now it's time to support their emotional wellbeing too.
Join us for a fun and engaging in-person mindfulness experience designed to help children develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, confidence, focus, and calm.
Through interactive activities, games, discussions, and practical mindfulness tools, children will learn skills they can use at school, at home, and throughout their lives.
✨ Afternoon Session: Building Confidence & Positive Thinking Children will explore: • How thoughts influence feelings and behaviours • Looking at different perspectives • Creating positive affirmations • Goal and vision board activities • Building confidence and a positive mindset
This program provides a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where kids can connect, learn, and have fun while developing practical tools for life.
For kids in years 3-6.
