🥊 Kids Muay Thai School Holiday Program (Ages 8-12 years)

Keep the kids active these school holidays with our fun and engaging non-contact Muay Thai program designed specifically for children aged 8-12 years.

Each session includes a mix of Muay Thai drills, pad work, movement activities and exciting games that help children build confidence, coordination and basic martial arts skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Every child should have the opportunity to participate, so this school holiday program is being offered on a donation basis. A suggested donation of $10–$25 per child helps cover equipment and running costs, but all children are welcome regardless of contribution.

No experience required – just bring a water bottle!
