School Holiday Winter Wonderland for Kids

Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Spots are limited.

Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: full refund. Between 3–7 days: 50% refund. Less than 3 days or no-show: no refund.

One ticket covers the full 3-hour event including food. Tickets are non-transferable.

Children must be collected from the Group X Studio promptly at 2:00pm. JF247 is only responsible for children during the event.

Parents must disclose all dietary requirements, allergies, and food restrictions at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate needs, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Children with asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes, or other conditions requiring emergency medication must bring all required medication to the event, clearly labelled with their full name.

All staff hold a valid Blue Card, current First Aid and CPR certification, and are trained in child safety and supervision practices.

Children are expected to follow staff instructions and treat others and equipment with respect. FunFit Kids reserves the right to remove a child from the event if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

Photography and video recording by parents during the event is not permitted. Program photos may be taken and used for marketing purposes subject to consent provided at registration.

Participation in physical activity involves inherent risk. By purchasing a ticket, parents acknowledge this and agree that JF247 is not liable for injury except where required by law.
