School Holidays @ Rockdale Library - Bushland Creations & Dance (K-Y6)

Bush Banksia Creative Experience: Using natural materials like gum leaves, shells, seeds, and fibres, children craft figures inspired by native animals and bush landscapes, fostering creativity and a love for wildlife.

Gum Leaf Storytelling Art: Children tell their own stories on gum leaves, using Indigenous symbols to explore culture, nature, and identity through art.

Traditional Dance: The workshop concludes with a session in Traditional Indigenous Dance, where children learn simple movements and rhythms, celebrating culture through music and movement.

Bookings for this event open at 9AM on Friday 26 June. Other school holiday activities will be available to book 14 days before each event.
