Strap yourself in (literally) for the bounciest game of soccer you'll ever play!

Children aged 8+ are invited to join us at Beverly Hills Park for a lightning round of Bubble Soccer to celebrate Luna Roo the Kangaroo Baller being chosen as this year’s National Simultaneous Storytime book.

Session times: Bubble soccer lightning rounds will run every half hour for 10 children to participate at a time.

Cost: Free

Age: 8-12

Experience: No experience necessary

Equipment: Wear good clothes and shoes for running around in, and a refillable drink bottle.

Important Information:

Please don't dress children in singlets, as the bubble straps may leave redness or marks on bare skin. No studded shoes are to be worn. Any child who has a medical condition that forbids them from engaging in physical activity should not participate. Anyone with asthma should have their inhaler/ventilator handy. Individuals with allergies to plastic/latex should not play. An additional waiver will be required to be signed by a parent/carer at Beverly Hills Park before beginning a Bubble Soccer session. Please ensure you arive 15-20 minutes early for your booked session to complete this waiver as gameplay will not begin until all participants' waivers are completed and signed.

Terms and conditions:

For participants aged 12 years and under, parents and/or guardians of children must remain within Beverly Hills Park for the duration of the program. For safety reasons, one parent/guardian can only be responsible for a maximum of 4 children (1:4 ratio). For participants under the age of 16, parent and/or guardian contact details must be provided at the time of booking. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the advertised start time and there are people in the standby queue, your ticket may be allocated to the standby queue. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration at least 3 hours prior to the event. As Library Programs have limited spaces, repeated failure to notify staff of cancellations may result in bookings being refused in the future.
