The Collective Creative Table (Save The Children, Prospect)

It's a shared painting experience that asks everyone in the room to put down their phone, pick up a brush, and contribute to something that didn't exist before they arrived. Instead of individual canvases, we gather around one long, shared drawing surface that runs across the table — slowly transforming into a collective artwork shaped by everyone.I guide you through using different mediums of art supplies (making it suitable for ages 8+ (note that 817 ages must be accompanied by a ticketed attendee).

🎨 What You’ll CreateTogether, we create a large collaborative artwork — made up of many small expressions.

You might:

Paint soft florals Explore patterns, lines, and textures Blend colours into abstract forms Sketch something simple and minimal Or just let your hand move freely There’s no expectation to create something “perfect” — this is about expression, play, and being present.

🌿 A Truly Free-Flow ExperienceYou don’t even have to pick up a paintbrush.

On the day, you can choose from a range of materials as they are released to you in levels.

Acrylic paints Watercolours Pencil & fine liners Acrylic paint pens Oil pastel crayons Move between tools, experiment, layer, or keep it simple!

🤍 Creating in a Shared SpaceBecause this is a collective artwork, you’re welcome to move around and add to different areas.

We simply ask:

Be mindful of each other’s space If you’d like to build on someone else’s section, check in first Keep contributions light, respectful, and playful You can collaborate as much or as little as you like.

✨ Playful Creative MomentsThroughout the session, we’ll have gentle, optional prompts to spark creativity.

For example:

A “gold pen only” moment where everyone adds small details using one tool Short creative pauses to explore something new Light group prompts to shift perspective Adding affirmations you needed to hear today These are invitations — not instructions.

🎨 Gentle GuidanceI’ll be moving around the table, offering support as you go.

If you feel stuck or want ideas, I’ll gently guide you — while still giving you space to create in your own way.
