This FREE community event brings together people living with disabilities, families, carers, support workers and local providers – all in one welcoming space.

You’ll find a wide range of services and products on display, including allied health and therapy providers, housing solutions, support services and more - all aimed at helping you succeed on your journey.
This event is proudly made possible by Help at Hand Support, a nationally registered NDIS and aged care provider committed to empowering you to live your best life with independence, confidence and dignity.
The first 200 attendees will receive a FREE coffee!
The event will go ahead during wet weather.
