Therapeutic Sensory Play | July School HolidaysJoin us in person for a fun, grounding, and relaxing session of Therapeutic Sensory Play! This workshop guides children to explore different textures, sounds, and movements that naturally boost mood, calm the nervous system, and widen their window of tolerance. It's a beautiful, low-demand space to unwind, connect with their senses, and just enjoy the present moment.
What’s Included: Sensory Quest: An interactive nature trail using all our senses to practice staying anchored in the present moment. Potion Play: A heavy dose of fizzy, magical mixing focused on emotional externalization and releasing big feelings. Affirmation Painting & Colouring: Blending positive self-talk with creative art therapy. Take-Home Treats: A small goodie bag packed with sensory joy to keep the calm going at home.
