This workshop guides children to explore different textures, sounds, and movements that naturally boost mood, calm the nervous system, and widen their window of tolerance. It's a beautiful, low-demand space to unwind, connect with their senses, and just enjoy the present moment.

What’s Included: Sensory Quest: An interactive nature trail using all our senses to practice staying anchored in the present moment. Potion Play: A heavy dose of fizzy, magical mixing focused on emotional externalization and releasing big feelings. Affirmation Painting & Colouring: Blending positive self-talk with creative art therapy. Take-Home Treats: A small goodie bag packed with sensory joy to keep the calm going at home.
