About this event
This workshop builds practical understanding and provides parents and caregivers with realistic, everyday strategies for supporting children and young people with ADHD at home and in the community.
The session is practical, engaging and grounded in real‑life family scenarios. Parents and caregivers explore how regulation, connection and task accessibility can influence behaviour, emotions and engagement, and how ADHD and neurodiversity may present in daily routines, schooling and relationships.
