The event is run by Jackson Silvester-Lee.

Jackson Silvester-Lee is a strength and conditioning coach, mindset coach, and the founder of Rivals Athlete Performance Centre on the Gold Coast.

With over 7 years of experience and more than 1,000 athletes coached, Jackson has built a reputation for helping young athletes develop confidence, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure.

He has competed at a high level in men’s netball, representing the QLD Suns Men’s team and competing at a national level, giving him first hand experience of performing in high pressure environments.

Jackson has delivered workshops and presentations across a range of schools and sporting organisations including Marymount College, Merrimac State High School, Hillcrest Christian College, King’s Christian College, Somerset College, and Hinterland District Netball Association.

He is also the founder of Rivals Netball Club, where he has developed athletes not only in performance, but in mindset, leadership, and personal growth.

His work focuses on giving young athletes the tools to handle pressure, overcome fear of failure, and build lasting confidence in sport and life.
