Wild games and beginners' bushcraft

Get the kids out this winter at the Wollongong Botanic Garden. This outdoor nature program is specifically aimed at 8 -12 year olds. On offer will be a fun afternoon of nature games and bushcraft activities designed to teach skills in nature awareness and wilderness survival.

Delivered in a relaxed atmosphere with expert leaders this program will inspire a love of nature and time in the outdoors.

In this session participants will make damper and learn how to collect the materials to prepare a fire (no fire will be lit).
