Winter School Holidays - Art Therapy

FREE School Holiday Activities brought to you by The Hills Shire Council.

Join us these school holidays for a FREE, joyful and nurturing art therapy workshop designed to inspire creativity, emotional awareness, and social connection in a fun and supportive environment.

Who: Young people aged 11 - 15 years.

Guided by counsellors from the team at Uniting, these hands-on sessions invite participants to explore a variety of creative activities, including painting, drawing, sculpting with play dough, imaginative play, collage making, and scrapbooking. Through working with colours, textures, images, and personal reflections, participants will create meaningful visual stories while expressing their thoughts and emotions.

This engaging experience encourages self-expression, builds confidence, and supports emotional wellbeing, all while fostering mindfulness and relaxation. No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and creativity.

All resources will be provided to attendees.
