A practical full-day workshop for marketing coordinators, small business owners and community organisation staff who manage social media as part of a broader role.

Held at PHIVE in the heart of Parramatta's CBD, the day covers how to choose your social media platforms, content planning, paid advertising basics, managing comments and online crises, and practical uses of AI in social media management.

A limited number of subsidised tickets are available for staff and volunteers of registered not-for-profit organisations.

The workshop is open to the broader Parramatta community and welcomes attendees from across the LGA.
